    How to Play

In Rolling Fiefdoms, you grow a small fief through clever dice pairing and careful planning. Each turn, the Regent rolls four dice and groups them into two pairs; players then choose where to build cottages, markets, and landmarks on their fief. When all plots are filled, assign labourers to activate buildings, score reputation, and see whose fief prospers most.

Diagram of a Rolling Fiefdoms turn: the Regent rolls all dice, pairs the dice, players choose which pair is the Location, then build with Sum or Split and populate.
    1. Roll: The Regent rolls all four dice.
    2. Pair: The Regent pairs the dice into two groups.
    3. Choose Location: Choose which pair to use for the Location (where to build) and which for the Build (what to build).
    4. Build: Sum both dice for a bigger building, or Split one die to build and the other to add Population to an adjacent square.

When every plot is filled, assign labourers to activate your buildings and tally Reputation Points to see whose fiefdom prospers most.
